"I cannot renew my subscription"

In June 2018 I sent a cheque for 1 years subscription to the above address with the official subscription form. I heard nothing back but did note that my cheque was never cashed. I reordered at the end of November, but again have heard nothing. Are the details on the subscription form still correct? What is going on?.
